Is Carely a medical device?
No. Carely is an app that supports remembering medication and gives the caregiver insight. It doesn't replace medical advice or a medical device.
Does the senior need an account?
No. Your loved one installs the app and joins with a single code from the caregiver — no sign-up, no email and no passwords.
How much does it cost?
The senior account is free. The caregiver turns on Carely+, which unlocks notifications, history and summaries.
What if the senior loses their phone?
The data is tied to the caregiver account and the code link, so after signing in again on a new device everything comes back.
Does Carely work on iOS and Android?
Yes. The app is available on iOS and Android, and the caregiver also has access to the browser dashboard.
How do you link accounts?
You both download Carely. The caregiver generates a code in the app, and your loved one enters it on their side. Once linked, the caregiver sees the schedule and dose status.
